Project Overview
White-labeled Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform for multi-brand media companies. Functions as SSO-like system enabling one account across all client brands and properties. Standalone platform integrated into broader Resin ecosystem.
My Contributions
Inherited struggling platform with unresolved issues after Director promotion. Rebuilt strategy from ground up and relaunched with clear vision. Developed white-labeled SSO-like platform. Eliminated passwords by introducing passkeys and one-tap authentication deployable on any page element. Post-relaunch acquired 16 new clients, growing total user base to 13.8M users.
